When is duval county spring break

Florida school children are back in the classroom and Christmas break is nothing but a memory.

The next holiday, Presidents' Day, isn't too far away, arriving on Monday, Feb.

Duval County: No classes March 15 for a planning day, then schools and district offices closed for spring break March 18-22.

Duval County Public Schools.

A few students will even get a four-day weekend, with some schools scheduling other events, such as teacher conferences, for the Friday before, which also happens to be Valentine's Day.

But the big question is: When is spring break?

It's the last big period for kids before the end of the 2024-2025 school year.

The answer: It depends on where you live. For some, spring break arrives early in March.

Others will have to wait longer, much longer.
