Gogglebox confirms return date - and it's soon
Channel 4 has confirmed the start date for the new season of Gogglebox — and it's not long until the Friday night staple is back on our screens.
Following a two-month break over the festive period, the nation's armchair critics will be back once again to share their opinions on the week's television programmes with the 23rd season set to begin on Friday, February 16.
First premiering back in 2013, Gogglebox has gone on to be a massive hit for Channel 4 winning various awards including a BAFTA award for 'Reality & Constructed Factual Programme' in both 2014 and 2022.

The series has also enjoyed various spin-offs such as Celebrity Gogglebox, Gogglesprogs and Vlogglebox.
Season 22 saw only one change to the cast, with new mother-and-son duo Elaine and Seb joining to replace original cast member Stephen Lustig-Webb and his husband Daniel after they quit the series.
It is not yet known if there will be any cast changes for season 23.
